Yes, any time. Remaining views stay in your account for your full 6-month validity and can be restarted or applied to a new flyer or offer.

Yes. You choose the hours it works, hand-tune its greeting and answers, and switch autopilot on or off for any lead. You can listen live, join or take over any call, and you keep your normal line alongside the AI line, switching in one tap.

The system contacts leads only within allowed hours in the lead's own time zone, honours opt-outs instantly, and pauses automation the moment a lead replies. Consent language is built into every Adviuz lead form. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

Credits last until the end of your plan's validity period, and we send reminders before expiry. Expired credits are not refundable, so pick the pack that matches your lead flow — you can always recharge later.

No. AI Conversion Engine packs are one-time prepaid purchases, and flyer campaigns are quoted per campaign. You pay again only when you choose to recharge or run a new campaign.

Before we start work — yes, in full. For flyer campaigns, after design starts but before launch, we refund minus a $300 design and setup fee. Once a campaign launches, or once your AI setup begins, payments are non-refundable because your budget is committed to the advertising platforms and provisioning costs. Delivery issues are always made right with continued delivery or credits. Full details in the Refund Policy.

If we fail to launch your campaign or make your AI service live and you cancel; if the advertising platforms reject your flyer content despite reasonable efforts on both sides (the unlaunched portion); and for duplicate or clearly accidental payments — promptly, no questions asked.

Automatic top-ups follow the same rules as any purchase, never happen more than once per day per campaign, and send an instant receipt and invoice. You can switch auto-recharge off in your hub at any time — that stops future charges.
