Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Instad Web Services Ltd., operating as Adviuz ("Adviuz", "we", "us"), Scotiabank Building, 111 2nd Ave S, Unit 400, Saskatoon, SK, Canada collects, uses, and protects personal information. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, US federal and state privacy laws.
What we collect
- When you book a demo or contact us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, your selected time zone and province or state, your requested demo time, and anything you write in a message.
- When you become a client: billing details (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers), campaign content you provide (your flyers, offers, and business information), and account details for your client dashboard.
- When people respond to your campaigns: if you're a client, we collect leads on your behalf — the contact details people submit when they express interest in your flyer.
- Automatically: basic technical information such as pages visited, needed to run and secure the website. We do not sell this data.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your demo, and to respond to your enquiries.
- To contact you about your request by phone (including automated and AI voice calls), text, and email — only if you've given consent on our forms. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to texts, asking us during a call, or emailing us.
- To run your campaigns, deliver your leads, bill you, and support your account.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
Text messaging (SMS)
By opting in on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Adviuz about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Service providers we use
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run our platform, and only for the purposes above:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — phone calls and text messages
- Supabase — secure database and application hosting
- Resend — transactional email
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Google — calendar scheduling for clients who connect their Google Calendar (see below)
Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security commitments. We never sell personal information.
Google user data
Clients may choose to connect their Google Calendar to the Adviuz client platform so that appointments booked through their campaigns appear on their calendar. If you connect Google Calendar:
- We access only your calendar events, and only to create, read, and update appointments related to your Adviuz campaigns.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the calendar feature, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
- Humans do not read your Google data except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized.
- You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard, or via your Google Account permissions page.
Adviuz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry and demo records for up to 2 years, client and billing records for 7 years (as required for tax purposes), and campaign lead data for the duration of the client relationship plus 1 year. You can request earlier deletion — see our Data Deletion page.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent to contact. Email [email protected] or call +1 647 250 1152. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
