What's the difference between AI minutes and call minutes?
AI minutes are used when the AI makes voice calls to your leads. Call minutes cover the regular phone calls you and your team make from the hub. Every package includes both.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Packages are prepaid — you buy one, use it, and recharge when you need more. There's no recurring charge and no commitment.
Do the credits expire?
Each package is valid for its stated period — from 60 days on the smallest package to 360 days on the largest. Unused credits expire at the end of that period.
How much do Digital Flyer campaigns cost?
Flyer campaigns are quoted at your demo, because pricing depends on your audience and volume. You're only charged for flyers that are actually viewed for 25 seconds.
Can I buy online?
Yes — Conversion Engine packages are purchased online, by card through secure Stripe checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
What if I run out mid-campaign?
Recharge any time from your dashboard — new credits are available immediately and your follow-up plans continue without a gap.
