Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Adviuz website and services, provided by Instad Web Services Ltd., operating as Adviuz ("Adviuz", "we", "us"), Scotiabank Building, 111 2nd Ave S, Unit 400, Saskatoon, SK, Canada. By purchasing a package or using our platform, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
Adviuz distributes digital flyers to targeted audiences on behalf of clients, delivers the contact details of interested people ("leads") to the client's dashboard, and optionally provides the AI Conversion Engine — an add-on service that contacts a client's leads by text, email, and AI-assisted phone calls.
2. Viewed flyers
Packages are sold as a number of viewed flyers. A flyer counts as viewed only when a person keeps it open for 25 seconds. Impressions or opens shorter than 25 seconds are not charged against your package.
3. Packages and validity
Digital Flyer packages are one-time purchases and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Views not delivered within that period are handled under our Refund Policy. The AI Conversion Engine is sold as prepaid packages of AI call minutes, texts, emails and regular call minutes. Each package is valid for the period stated at purchase (60 to 360 days); unused credits expire at the end of that period.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Campaigns begin after payment is received and campaign content is approved.
5. Your content and responsibilities
- You confirm that the flyers, offers, and claims you provide are truthful, lawful, and yours to advertise.
- Content must not be misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful, and must comply with the advertising rules of the platforms on which campaigns run. We may decline or pause content that doesn't.
- Leads we deliver to you are personal information. You agree to handle them in accordance with applicable privacy law (including PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (including CASL in Canada and the TCPA in the United States) when you contact them yourself.
6. AI-assisted calling
Where the AI Conversion Engine is enabled, leads may receive calls made or assisted by artificial intelligence. Adviuz operates this on the client's behalf with disclosure to the recipient, within permitted calling hours, and with opt-out honoured immediately. Contact is only made to people who submitted their details expressing interest, and follow-up is limited in frequency and duration.
7. Results
We commit to delivering the viewed flyers in your package. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, sales, or business outcomes, as these depend on your offer, market, and follow-up.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adviuz's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end services for non-payment, unlawful content, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the services at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
